At ToolTower (operating at https://tooltower.in), your privacy is our first design constraint. Unlike many online utility websites that upload your private files, contracts, or personal photos to remote cloud servers, ToolTower prioritizes client-side browser execution.
2. How Client-Side Processing Protects You
The vast majority of ToolTower tools—including PDF merging, splitting, rotating, page deletion, image compression, photo editing, calculators, word counting, and code formatting—execute entirely within your browser memory using WebAssembly, HTML5 Canvas, and local JavaScript:
- Your files do not get transmitted over the internet to ToolTower servers.
- We cannot see, read, store, or sell the contents of your documents or images.
- All temporary memory allocations are erased immediately when you close the tool tab.
3. Server-Assisted Tools
Certain specialized operations (such as high-intensity OCR, document intelligence summaries, or complex multi-marketplace e-commerce aggregations) may require server-side computing resources:
- Any file data sent to our processing workers is transmitted over encrypted TLS/HTTPS connections.
- Files are processed ephemerally in RAM and are permanently discarded immediately upon completion.
- We do not create persistent file databases or user document archives.
4. Personal Information & Accounts
ToolTower is designed to be usable with zero sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email address, physical location, or credit card details to use standard tools. If you contact our support team at support@tooltower.in, your email is used solely to reply to your inquiry.
5. Analytics & Cookies
We collect minimal, anonymous technical metrics (such as page views, browser family, and tool error rates) to maintain site stability and performance. We do not use intrusive fingerprinting or sell behavioral tracking data to third-party data brokers.
